About Debs
Our very own policy overlord, Debs has been providing compliance support to small businesses in the UK since 2015. Her day-to-day role varies depending on the situation and the client, but often involves reviewing policies and procedures, assisting with recruitment and conducting training sessions via Zoom.
Debs lives on the edge of the Wolds in Lincolnshire with her partner, three step-children and three cats. In her spare time, you’ll typically find her walking in the local countryside, gardening in her wellies and bringing their 200-year-old house back to life.
